  • Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and develop customer relationships, collect customer feedback, confirm customer technical requirements, explore potential order, cooperation opportunities and promote product improvement.
    • Responsible for project design of energy storage project, micro grid and energy storage system design, and analyzing system structure
    • Responsible for writing plans for customers before and after sales and provide them with technical guidance.
    • Responsible for making bid proposals and reviewing the technical feasibility of orders, leading technical negotiation, push both sides reach an agreement, Cooperate with sales to achieve the order.
    • In view of the special technical requirements order, through inter-departmental communication to ensure order delivery smoothly.
    • Integrate internal resources to provide product or technical solution proposal for customer in time, periodic summary of FAQ, improve service quality.
    • Leading customized product development,Inter-departmental project review,or provide customer backup solution.
    • Periodic organize technique training to sales,to improve sales and technique support engineer's technical level.


    • Education Background: Bachelor in electronic or related major.
    • Work experience: Three to five years in technique support or Quality management experience,energy storage related industry experience is preferred.
    • Skills: Fluent Japanese is mandatory. Fluent English ability is preffered.
    • Familar with Quality Assurance and Control knowledge of position which is related to ISO9001.
    • Attitude: Result oriented, good time management skills. Group internal coordination as well as communication and reaching agreement with partners and suppliers in responsible areas. Excellent initiative, engagement and personal responsibility.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for the solar storage system products strategy of the region, business model planning. Implement the regional strategy together with region sales team, acquire the key account customers.
    • Set up the distribution recruitment criteria and build up the local TsunESS products distribution channels.
    • Manage the Sell-in and Sell-out dynamically with regional distributors and meet the business target.
    • Continuous improve the local distributional process and increase the channel productivity.
    • Liaison with the local governments, grid companies, lobbying on the renewable regulations in favor of the company interests.
    • Enable the technical capability of the distribution channel, support technical group in providing the necessary training.
    • Coordinate with sales operation group and ensure the deliveries to meet distributor requirements.
    • Periodically feedback the market information, support to the adjustment of pricing strategy.
    • Contribute to the definition of new products with product management team.
    • Provide business report to management.


    • Bachelor degree or above in solar/utility engineering, or sales and marketing related.
    • 5 year or above working experience in solar industry.
    • Knowledge on solar system products, on grid and off grid storage, be familiar with local solar project process.
    • Mandatory in English orally and verbally, and master on several local languages is an advantage.
    • Be well networking with local authorities, grid companies.
    • Strong initiative on new business development.
    • Be familiar with the solar regulations in the region, and the ability to analyze the market situation.
    • Ability on strategic thinking and commercial skill, be able to work out the business plan to each local country.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Be familiar with the MS tools.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Talent Advisor/Recruiter works as a talent consultant to Tsun's business groups.
    • Develop and execute on a recruitment strategy & workforce plan to help achieve business success.
    • Provides recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the talent to support technology and product roadmaps.
    • Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships, leverage market insights to support effective hiring decision etc.
    • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives.


    • Bachelor or above degree.
    • About 2 years+ relevant working experience.
    • Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
    • Self-motivation.
    • Strong interpersonal, consulting and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage complex data, and coordinate strategies and facilities.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist Head of Sales to setup the annual sales budget, targets and strategy, be responsible to the realization of marketing target and sales task implements through proper task decomposing.
    • Be responsible to the market exploring, business negotiations and contracts signing.
    • Be responsible to the development of new customers and regular customer service and maintenance; be responsible to the setup of sales management system and implement.
    • Be responsible to marketing process' improvement and optimization; independently (or cooperating with other department) support the sales business growth.
    • Develop sales channel of products, the channel of the project and maintain existing commercial relations with overseas customers.
    • Be responsible to the negotiation and communicating with VIP customers.
    • Be responsible to the market trend analysis and collection of customer requirements (including latest Certification development) & competitors activities; supports products pricing, improvement and development.


    • 2 years' ESS working experience, bachelor of engineering (or higher) or related majors.
    • Proficient in energy storage products, projects and marketing channel, experience with grid transmission, utility-scale energy storage or micro-grid network. Candidates with overseas energy storage sales experience is a plus.
    • Fluent English ability is mandatory, other local languages is a plus.
    • Strong leadership ability in sales team. Willing to accept oversea and domestic travelling.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Support in engineering design, PV syst simulation, AutoCAD drawings (plus).
    • Pitching and explanation of proposal together with sales team to customers.
    • Knowledge of inverters and PV system ongrid and offgrid / hybrid systems.
    • Focus on residential and Commercial & Industrial rooftop.
    • Perform site visits with customers to understand project requirements and challenges for design proposal.
    • Other task assigned by superiors.


    • Bachelor of Engineering background and above.
    • At least 5 years of work experience in PV solar industry, solid PV inverter technical knowledge is preferred.
    • Self-motivated and customer centric.
    • Proficient in both written and oral English.
