The DCU is a key component of the plug & play storage system or micro storage system, it integrates both DC to DC inverter(PV charge and battery discharge function) and battery pack. DC Coupled Unit, which is connected between solar modules and balcony microinverter, can store excess electrical energy in the battery and discharge it when needed. This solution, Solar Module + DCU+ Balcony Microinverter, is typically used as a micro energy storage solution for small household, conventional balconies, courtyards, family carports, and other plug & play scenarios.

The MAU is a key component of the Plug&Play Energy Storage System or Micro Energy Storage System, it integrates both energy storage inverter and battery pack. The MAU stores excess electricity generated by the PV system in its battery, based on household consumption needs (Zero Export Mode), and converts it into AC power when required. The MAU can also charge during low-tariff hours and discharge during peak tariff periods, according to the time and power settings configured by the user (Time-Sharing Control Mode).
